Who handles the data

The data controller is FACTORÍA ELCANO, S.L. (“Luzia”), CIF B13883186, with registered address at Marqués de la Ensenada 2, 28004 Madrid, Spain. Questions and privacy-rights requests can be sent to privacy-en@luzia.com.

What we collect and why

We collect the email address you submit, the signup time, signup source, and the version of this notice you accepted. We use this information only to administer the waitlist, assess interest in the beta, and contact you about access. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Storage and retention

The data is stored in Cloudflare D1. We keep it until the private-beta waitlist closes or you withdraw your consent, then delete it when it is no longer needed for beta access, unless law requires a longer period.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and may withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy-en@luzia.com. You may also complain to your competent data-protection authority. See Luzia’s full privacy policy for more information.

Sharing

We do not sell waitlist data. Cloudflare processes the data as our infrastructure provider. We may disclose information if required by law.
